Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with experience in healthcare required.
- Understanding of value-based care preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to last-minute tasks and adhere to hard deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute tasks to completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Canva.
- Valid drivers license in good standing for driving to partner practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, maintain, and streamline processes and workflows to ensure team efficiency and scalability.
- Manage centralized team resources including Google Drive and day-to-day operations.
- Support the VP of Population Health Impact on special projects, data collection, and reporting.
- Plan and coordinate key internal meetings, events, and workgroup logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding and tracking.
- Apply project management principles to cross-functional tracks and support sprint planning.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Assist in the design and implementation of operational reports.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and support AI tool adoption.
