Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with experience in healthcare required.
  • Understanding of value-based care preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to last-minute tasks and adhere to hard deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute tasks to completion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Canva.
  • Valid drivers license in good standing for driving to partner practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, maintain, and streamline processes and workflows to ensure team efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage centralized team resources including Google Drive and day-to-day operations.
  • Support the VP of Population Health Impact on special projects, data collection, and reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate key internal meetings, events, and workgroup logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding and tracking.
  • Apply project management principles to cross-functional tracks and support sprint planning.
  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of operational reports.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and support AI tool adoption.
