Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with specific experience in healthcare required.
- Understanding of value-based care preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet hard deadlines.
- Proven experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP or LEAN principles preferred).
- Experience in healthcare operations, process automation, and workflow standardization.
- Proficiency in workflow tools such as Monday.com, Mailchimp, or Zendesk.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and collaborative AI tools.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, maintain, and streamline processes and workflows to ensure team efficiency and scalability.
- Manage centralized team resources, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
- Support the VP of Population Health Impact on special projects, data collection, and regular reporting.
- Plan and coordinate internal events, team meetings, and workgroup logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding, tracking, and communication.
- Apply project management principles to facilitate scrum tracking and sprint planning.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials to support team continuity.
- Assist in the design and implementation of operational reports to support company performance goals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between clinical and business teams.
- Support AI tool utilization and team learning/development initiatives.
