Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with specific experience in healthcare required.
  • Understanding of value-based care preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet hard deadlines.
  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP or LEAN principles preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare operations, process automation, and workflow standardization.
  • Proficiency in workflow tools such as Monday.com, Mailchimp, or Zendesk.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, and collaborative AI tools.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, maintain, and streamline processes and workflows to ensure team efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage centralized team resources, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
  • Support the VP of Population Health Impact on special projects, data collection, and regular reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, team meetings, and workgroup logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding, tracking, and communication.
  • Apply project management principles to facilitate scrum tracking and sprint planning.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials to support team continuity.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of operational reports to support company performance goals.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between clinical and business teams.
  • Support AI tool utilization and team learning/development initiatives.
