Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.
- Proven ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
- Experience in consultative sales approaches using value-based selling.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent follow-through.
- Empathetic, customer-focused, and self-directed learning mindset.
- Ability to leverage internal knowledge and work collaboratively with peers and support members.
- Experience in active listening and professional proposal creation.
Responsibilities
- Educate prospects and customers on the value of Cin7 products to help scale their business.
- Meet quotas for new bookings by closing opportunities.
- Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and responding to marketing-generated leads.
- Provide detailed and accurate forecasting and maintain CRM/data hygiene.
- Conduct needs analysis and buying influence assessments to determine customer pain points and provide solutions.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
