Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment.
  • Proven ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
  • Experience in consultative sales approaches using value-based selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent follow-through.
  • Empathetic, customer-focused, and self-directed learning mindset.
  • Ability to leverage internal knowledge and work collaboratively with peers and support members.
  • Experience in active listening and professional proposal creation.

Responsibilities

  • Educate prospects and customers on the value of Cin7 products to help scale their business.
  • Meet quotas for new bookings by closing opportunities.
  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting and responding to marketing-generated leads.
  • Provide detailed and accurate forecasting and maintain CRM/data hygiene.
  • Conduct needs analysis and buying influence assessments to determine customer pain points and provide solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
