Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, operations, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Experience in retail pharmacy or the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proven success managing complex, high-value accounts with national or enterprise-level organizations.
- Fluency in pharmacy economics and the prescription savings landscape, including pricing and point-of-sale operations.
- Strong relationship management skills for working with C-suite and day-to-day operating teams.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience writing and leading multi-stakeholder proposals and navigating long sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience executing strategy and driving results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings, conferences, and pitches.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships with retail pharmacy and affordability solution partners as their primary point of contact.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value partnerships and their associated products, such as digital marketplaces and prescription savings clubs.
- Navigate multi-layered partner organizations to build alignment from executive leadership to operations.
- Drive business planning, forecasting, and the execution of initiatives to improve partner performance.
- Identify and activate high-leverage opportunities to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
- Present performance reviews and growth roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
- Lead new business activities, proposal development, and contract negotiations for new and renewal cycles.
- Coordinate cross-functional work streams across product, technology, pricing, and marketing teams.
