Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent legal qualification.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent.
- Solid grounding in general commercial practice with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Proven experience working within a fast-growing company.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of contracts and competing priorities.
- Ability to advise business stakeholders directly in plain language.
- In-house experience at a technology or digital product company is preferred.
- Exposure to telecommunications or consumer protection regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with legal operations tooling such as Juro or contract automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts.
- Provide daily legal advice to Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams regarding contractual risks, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring.
- Support data privacy compliance efforts, including GDPR and regional data protection frameworks.
- Monitor and interpret telecommunications and consumer protection regulations across operating markets.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal documentation.
- Manage corporate governance matters and coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with People, Finance, and Security teams on cross-functional legal matters.
