Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert training sessions to ensure seamless platform setup for new providers.
  • Engage proactively with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to meet key activation milestones within 30 days.
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges while maintaining a consultative, people-first approach.
  • Act as a functional expert to help non-technical business owners navigate the ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs to help them eliminate administrative chaos.
