Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy, and managed care environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PharmD, or RPh strongly preferred.
- Strong financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to create client-facing written materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and client management experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple, concurrent priorities.
- Impeccable organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different perspectives and seniority levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client business strategy projects including planning, research, analysis, and delivery.
- Identify and maintain multi-level client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop customized strategic plans and provide data-driven insights on industry happenings.
- Lead the procurement, market check, and RFP strategy and process for clients.
- Oversee the review and negotiation process for new and renewing vendor contracts.
- Assess opportunities for business development and expansion within existing client accounts.
