Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy, and managed care environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PharmD, or RPh strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to create client-facing written materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and client management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, concurrent priorities.
  • Impeccable organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different perspectives and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client business strategy projects including planning, research, analysis, and delivery.
  • Identify and maintain multi-level client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop customized strategic plans and provide data-driven insights on industry happenings.
  • Lead the procurement, market check, and RFP strategy and process for clients.
  • Oversee the review and negotiation process for new and renewing vendor contracts.
  • Assess opportunities for business development and expansion within existing client accounts.
