Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in PBM, pharmacy, or managed care environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PharmD, or RPh strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop strategies and implement programs for large client Rx and medical benefit programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials.
- Strong financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Proven client relationship management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to different seniority levels.
- Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to execute on multiple and concurrent priorities in a high-demand environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client business strategy projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Manage multi-level client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement customized strategic plans to meet long- and short-term client goals.
- Provide ongoing, data-driven insights on industry developments and pharmacy management.
- Lead the procurement, market check, and RFP strategy and process for clients.
- Negotiate and review vendor contracts through to final execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and create client references.
