Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal mapping tools for map-based design tasks.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with project stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Ability to delegate tasks to internal project stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Experience with internal mapping tools like ArcGIS or comparable for design planning (preferred).
- Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvement utilizing project management methodologies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Teams and Solutions Engineers to develop efficient architecture solutions for new customer deals and network expense recovery.
- Develop collaborative planning solutions to support long-term company growth regarding network advancement and revenue.
- Improve network efficiencies by addressing latency, owned versus leased assets, and new technology deployment.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new near-net assets in high-growth areas and expansion markets.
- Create detailed service delivery plans for customer or data center locations, including physical and network layer designs, maps, diagrams, and cost estimates.
- Support implementation stages by performing capital budget, variance management, and network design reviews.
