Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
  • Active, independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC).
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
  • Two years of post-license experience for clinical roles.
  • Two years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience for RN candidates.
  • Previous EAP or clinical call center experience is preferred.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting).
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work the required night shift (Sunday - Thursday: 12am-8:30am PT).
  • Comfort with adopting new technology platforms and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage crises and provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues.
  • Ensure client safety and connect individuals to high-quality, evidence-based mental health providers and facilities.
  • Support clients through phone and email communication.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools and protocols based on internal data and feedback.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to improve the company's care model.
  • Contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced, growing clinical operations environment.
