Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment or consulting is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software quickly.
  • Strong AI proficiency and comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a portfolio independently.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in Proptech or Fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients.
  • Proactively identify and pilot AI tools or workflows to improve account management at scale.
  • Manage Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and pursue expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to share insights and align on goals.
  • Monitor account health and product usage to proactively identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations.
  • Channel client feedback into product feedback loops for the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of CS playbooks and processes.
