Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment or consulting is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software quickly.
- Strong AI proficiency and comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a portfolio independently.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Proptech or Fintech is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients.
- Proactively identify and pilot AI tools or workflows to improve account management at scale.
- Manage Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and pursue expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to share insights and align on goals.
- Monitor account health and product usage to proactively identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations.
- Channel client feedback into product feedback loops for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of CS playbooks and processes.
