Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Familiarity with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a core business area end-to-end.
- Understand business questions and define the right problems to solve.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface actionable data insights to move team key metrics.
- Drive outcomes by influencing counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
