Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools, specifically SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Proven ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently to solve ambiguous problems.
- Track record of owning projects from end-to-end and delivering tangible business impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with experience influencing leadership-level stakeholders.
- Ability to think from first principles and break down complex problems into clear hypotheses.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Metabase.
- Knowledge of version control systems like GitHub.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Hub for data exploration and modeling.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business unit (growth, product, AI & automation, or partnerships) to own the analytical function end-to-end.
- Define business problems and determine the necessary metrics and analyses before execution.
- Build reports and dashboards to track performance against key goals.
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and drive growth.
- Surface data-driven insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders in product, growth, finance, and operations.
