Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to fixing broken processes.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform before starting analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface actionable data insights to move key business metrics.
- Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive outcomes by telling stakeholders what is happening, why, and identifying next steps.
