- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Exceptional clear and persuasive communication skills for influencing leadership decisions.
- Ability to think from first principles and break down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on fixing issues outside of immediate responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area like growth, product, AI, or strategic partnerships to manage the analytical function.
- Define business problems and metrics to ensure analysis leads to actionable decisions.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor key business metrics.
- Design and execute experiments to improve product and operational performance.
