- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to act as an owner and take responsibility for fixing problems.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the questions informing key decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to inform product, growth, and operations.
- Design and execute experiments to surface actionable data insights.
- Bring recommendations to stakeholders and influence outcomes through clear communication.
- Drive business initiatives end-to-end within a specific business unit.
