Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and familiarity with Metabase.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Python and Excel.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive influencer capable of working with leadership.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ownership mindset and ability to fix issues outside of defined swim lanes.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
- Design and execute experiments to improve key business metrics.
- Surface actionable data insights to business unit counterparts.
- Bring recommendations to growth, product, finance, or operations stakeholders.
- Drive execution end-to-end for strategic initiatives.
