Requirements
- 5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
- Experience at a performance media agency and/or an in-house growth creative team.
- Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
- Strong understanding of performance creative principles like hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
- Elevated visual taste with an eye for design, composition, and brand quality.
- Video editing fluency with the ability to cut and iterate ads quickly.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- AI fluency with active experimentation in generative tools.
- Bonus: Experience in both a performance media agency and a brand or design agency.
Responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end, from ideation and scripting through editing and delivery.
- Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to ensure creative effectiveness.
- Develop performance-rooted hooks, angles, and creative frameworks.
- Translate performance data into creative direction in partnership with media and growth teams.
- Manage and maximize agency and production partners by writing briefs and providing creative direction.
- Edit video directly, including cutting, iterating, and polishing ads at speed.
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
