Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production.
- Background in a performance media agency and/or in-house growth creative team at a DTC or app-based company.
- Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
- Strong understanding of performance creative principles including hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
- Demonstrated elevated visual taste and design/composition skills.
- Video editing fluency with the ability to cut and iterate ads quickly.
- AI fluency with active experimentation in generative tools.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across creative, media, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling in all creative assets.
- Develop performance-driven hooks, angles, and creative frameworks.
- Translate performance data into creative direction in partnership with media and growth teams.
- Manage and maximize agency and production partners through effective briefing and quality control.
- Edit video directly to iterate and polish ads at high speed.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.
