Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, writing, and reading).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask while supporting multiple clients.
  • Flexibility to work on rotating, night, and swing shifts for 24/7 coverage.
  • Access to a high-quality computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
  • Experience in supporting point-of-sale or hospitality property management systems (advantage).
  • Experience supporting eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or ShipStation (advantage).
  • Experience with help desk software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, or Intercom (advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support by phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot cases that need technical help.
  • Ensure proper troubleshooting steps are completed prior to escalation.
  • Support a few clients/accounts simultaneously.
  • Take initiative in improving work processes.
