Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST
- Knowledge of CSS is a MUST
- Knowledge of HTML is a MUST
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a MUST
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field (Advantage)
- Knowledge of Shopify (Advantage)
- Experience with Zendesk (Advantage)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email (Zendesk) in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams (in R&D)
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
- Continuously learn about our products
