Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST
  • Knowledge of CSS is a MUST
  • Knowledge of HTML is a MUST
  • Knowledge of JavaScript is a MUST
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field (Advantage)
  • Knowledge of Shopify (Advantage)
  • Experience with Zendesk (Advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email (Zendesk) in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams (in R&D)
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Continuously learn about our products
