Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in systems, operations, analytics, or technical support.
- Mandatory experience with EDI.
- Experience working with structured data and files.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with external and internal partners effectively.
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.
- Exposure to NetSuite is preferred.
- Exposure to AI is preferred.
- Ability to own assigned work from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily EDI transactions (850, 860, 856, 810) and identify errors or exceptions.
- Resolve routine EDI issues and investigate using logs and flat files (TXT, CSV).
- Test and validate custom NetSuite solutions, including scripts, workflows, and saved searches.
- Conduct regression testing and document test results, defects, and validation outcomes.
- Perform structured data cleanup in NetSuite for customers, items, and transactions.
- Provide secondary NetSuite administration and backup coverage for critical processes.
