Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or related business operations.
- 5+ years in a director-level or senior management position with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay systems, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in spend analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
- Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion cloud).
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive cost optimization and savings initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation and process improvement projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Direct the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Source-to-Pay systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business systems analysts, procurement specialists, and technical professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive spend analytics programs to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the integration and management of procurement technology platforms, including ERP systems, e-procurement tools, and analytics solutions.
- Design and implement process improvements across sourcing, procurement, and vendor management functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor procurement metrics and system performance.
- Lead vendor management initiatives, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Champion digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline procurement workflows.
- Provide executive-level reporting on procurement performance and strategic recommendations.
