Requirements
- 7+ years in finance systems, EPM platforms, or FP&A technology roles.
- 2+ years directly administering or modeling in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, or Planful.
- Hands-on experience with Pigment model-building and administration.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and 3-statement modeling.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain planning concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory, and S&OP.
- Working knowledge of data integration patterns like API, flat files, ETL/iPaaS, and data warehouse connections.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems as a planning tool data source.
- Understanding of RBAC, access governance, and SOX-relevant audit trail requirements.
- Strong documentation skills using tools like Confluence, Jira, and Miro.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Pigment administrator including user provisioning, RBAC, SSO/SCIM integration, and access reviews.
- Manage the full Pigment model lifecycle from design and configuration through testing, deployment, and change management.
- Configure and evolve Pigment models across FP&A modules and Supply Chain functions.
- Coordinate with EA/Data team to troubleshoot data pipelines between NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3, and Pigment.
- Run the Pigment Change Control Board (CCB) process for Tier 2/3 changes and maintain audit trail integrity for SOX compliance.
- Partner with FP&A and Supply Chain owners to translate planning requirements into model enhancements and facilitate design reviews.
- Build role-based training paths, internal runbooks, and model documentation in Confluence.
- Identify opportunities for platform expansion including AI-powered features and new modules.
