Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in collections, data analysis, accounting, or a comparable field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Ability to work with high-volume data and ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to partners and internal teams.
- Genuine interest in working with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated curiosity and persistence in troubleshooting non-automated tasks.
- Experience with reconciliation is a plus.
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or professional services is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Review unmatched repayment summaries to identify root causes and prioritize attention.
- Reach out directly to partners and employers to resolve issues, maintaining communication with Customer Success and Partner Success teams.
- Identify patterns across clients and partners and share insights with relevant teams.
- Own month-end recovery reporting, including tracking missing information and documenting contacts.
- Contribute estimates and context to support the financial close process.
- Perform bank reconciliation on incoming and outgoing accounts.
- Prepare a monthly summary of aged accounts receivable.
- Flag failures in matching logic and collaborate with system owners to test fixes.
