Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans via telehealth
- Implement evidence-based interventions using high-quality virtual tools and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions
- Provide virtual supervision, coaching, and oversight to RBTs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary partners remotely
- Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards
