Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, read, and interpret performance data.
  • Comfort using Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to turn research and data into clear takeaways for stakeholders.
  • Organized and reliable execution for defined projects.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with partners.
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior, marketplaces, and retention drivers.
  • Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.

Responsibilities

  • Execute elements of GTM launches—merchandising units, single-SKU launches, lifecycle moments, and campaigns—with regular feedback.
  • Own a single launch, campaign, or tactic end to end, with well-defined objectives.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of launches and tactics, turning data into actionable takeaways.
  • Conduct competitive and category research to surface insights for stakeholders.
  • Create and produce GTM assets including briefs, messaging, merchandising, and campaign content.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Lifecycle/CRM, and Ops teams to deliver on commitments.
  • Use AI tooling to streamline execution and build fluency in automation workflows.
