Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience, ideally in a high-performance startup or technology company.
- Proven experience designing, launching, and iterating on multiple responsive web apps and features.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience conducting user interviews, user experience tests, and survey research.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while seeking feedback and partnership.
- Capability to ship quickly and adapt design processes for early-stage startup needs.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- High degree of flexibility and coachability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design thoughtful, intuitive product experiences.
- Manage feature roll-outs end-to-end, including conducting research interviews and creating wireframes and mockups.
- Support re-building the design system, including fonts, colors, and components, to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Seek feedback and coordinate launch efforts with cross-functional segments including Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Analyze competitors to differentiate and distinguish the product experience.
