Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in operations and people management, including managing other leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through to successful implementation.
- Experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid change and ambiguity.
- Project Management or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end small to medium project deployment in collaboration with TQM teams and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into operations plans and oversee SOW performance and governance.
- Craft and implement methodologies to track, monitor, and report SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage day-to-day operations and resolve delivery issues through root cause analysis.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development to team members and leaders to drive engagement and low attrition.
- Collaborate with support teams to implement project kick-offs, status reporting, and change management.
- Assess and prioritize operational issues, identifying and escalating risks to stakeholders.
- Oversee new hire deployment and support training program design, implementation, and evaluation.
