Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual and group settings.
- Maintain clinic records, including documentation of psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and service delivery.
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient disposition.
- Attend individual and group supervision and engage in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competency.
