Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in state of primary residence.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona (or willingness to obtain).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Ability to work remotely with a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
- Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.
- Adequate visual, hearing, and manual dexterity for computer-based work.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy.
- Implement treatment in both individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Maintain clinic records and document services in compliance with best clinical practices and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team case planning and supervision.
- Provide case management services to promote patient recovery and reintegration.
