- 5-8 years of professional writing experience, either agency or brand-side.
- Portfolio featuring original thinking, immaculate craft, and audacious creative swings.
- Excellent skills in writing headlines and long-form/short-form content.
- Deep understanding of the zeitgeist and ability to leverage cultural insights.
- Production experience ranging from quick-turn social content to large campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to move fluidly from macro concepts to micro details.
- High level of professional curiosity and passion for creative excellence.
Responsibilities
- Generate big ideas for campaigns, content, and brand moments.
- Maintain consistency and clarity as a steward of the brand’s Voice and Tone.
- Craft copy for multi-channel advertising and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with art directors, designers, and cross-functional partners.
- Develop creative work that is authentic, simple, and audacious.
