Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or related SaaS environments.
- At least 5 years of senior executive experience with direct P&L ownership.
- Deep understanding of the Senior Living industry, including operator economics, care delivery models, and technology trends.
- Proven track record leading customer-facing organizations like Sales and Customer Success.
- Experience scaling high-growth B2B software businesses.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and SaaS performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level customers.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into business plans.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall Senior Living segment strategy.
- Own business unit performance including revenue growth, profitability, and customer expansion goals.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention.
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic customers and prospects.
- Lead customer-facing organizations including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
- Provide matrix leadership across Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
- Identify strategic partnerships and inorganic growth initiatives.
