  • Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, control groups, statistical significance, exposure tracking, and longitudinal analysis.
  • Proven experience building or owning PLG funnels covering sign-up, activation, conversion, and payment journeys.

  • Nice to have: experience integrating billing systems such as Stripe and understanding subscription management, upgrades, downgrades, and payment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the self-service customer experience end-to-end, including sign-up flows, onboarding journeys, activation paths, and conversion experiences.
  • Design and optimize trial experiences by defining product limits, usage models, and upgrade opportunities that balance user value with business goals.
  • Develop mechanisms to identify high-intent users and create stronger connections between self-serve growth and sales-led opportunities.
  • Improve the first-time user experience by helping new customers reach meaningful product value quickly and intuitively.
  • Apply user behavior frameworks and growth principles to improve activation, engagement, and retention throughout the product journey.
  • Establish and scale an experimentation culture by building the necessary infrastructure for events, attribution, cohort tracking, and measurement.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments using structured methodologies, including control groups, statistical validation, guardrails, and long-term impact measurement.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to turn insights into impactful product improvements.
  • Act as the internal growth engineering expert, helping raise experimentation and product-led development practices across the organization.
