Requirements

  • 3+ years in client account management, customer success, or CX.
  • Proficiency with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce workflows and terminology (SKUs, inventory turns, fulfillment SLAs).
  • Experience proactively managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across internal dashboards and account-tracking tools.
  • Experience in logistics, freight, or fulfillment industries is preferred.
  • Experience with account-health or CX platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding for new e-commerce brands, including account setup and Shopify integration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing relationships from onboarding through steady-state support.
  • Proactively monitor inventory levels and flag restock risks to clients.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Shopify storefronts and resolve platform issues.
  • Track account health and document client preferences using internal management tools.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Surface upsell and expansion signals to the sales team.
  • Report on account health metrics and escalate at-risk accounts.
