Requirements
- 3+ years in client account management, customer success, or CX.
- Proficiency with Shopify.
- Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce workflows and terminology (SKUs, inventory turns, fulfillment SLAs).
- Experience proactively managing client relationships.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable working across internal dashboards and account-tracking tools.
- Experience in logistics, freight, or fulfillment industries is preferred.
- Experience with account-health or CX platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client onboarding for new e-commerce brands, including account setup and Shopify integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing relationships from onboarding through steady-state support.
- Proactively monitor inventory levels and flag restock risks to clients.
- Manage and troubleshoot Shopify storefronts and resolve platform issues.
- Track account health and document client preferences using internal management tools.
- Coordinate with internal operations and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Surface upsell and expansion signals to the sales team.
- Report on account health metrics and escalate at-risk accounts.
