Requirements

- Strong understanding of financial operations, client servicing, and investment administration workflows.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows accurately.

- Experience using financial technology platforms or operational software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build expertise in private markets, fund administration processes, and platform capabilities.
- Manage investor services workflows including position creation, workspace management, and review processes.
- Support clients through fundraising activities by managing objectives, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Deliver guidance on operational best practices and escalate risks or complex issues.
- Manage treasury activities including recording investor contributions, processing payments, and transaction workflows.
- Investigate payment exceptions, chargebacks, and reconciliation issues with banking partners.
- Monitor client health, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Identify operational improvements and recommend process enhancements to leadership.
