Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience with SAP/GTS or similar applications.
- Experience managing processes that triage system defects, including risk assessment and driving action items through closure.
- Experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- 2+ years of experience with implementation, configuration, and/or functional oversight of one or more GTS modules.
- Strong proficiency in Compliance Management modules preferred.
- Operational/process design experience focused on transactions processed through SAP and GTS.
- Experience navigating and integrating data from disparate sources like SQL, Databricks, or Access.
- Prior experience in export authorizations, export classifications, or HTS classifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. export authorization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliant integration of GTS functionality across US and non-US locations, including testing and validation of system upgrades.
- Lead cross-functional teams to maintain master data supporting GTS, such as HTS codes, ECN, and Sanctioned Party lists.
- Develop and update instructional materials and standard operating procedures for GT processes and ERP system requirements.
- Implement an intake process for logging and resolving GTS application issues, using data to drive improvement initiatives.
- Support SAP and GTS initiatives during the enterprise upgrade to S4HANA and E4H with a focus on change management.
- Partner with Process Performance and Quality Control teams to develop GTS data extracts for KPI monitoring.
- Provide subject matter expertise to GT Investigations and Audit teams.
