Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in high-growth tech event marketing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale user conferences (2,000+ attendees).
- Expertise in managing 'Flagship' level events prioritizing strategy, production, and brand storytelling.
- Strong executive presence and experience collaborating with C-level stakeholders.
- Expert ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Airtable, Swoogo, Slack, and Google Suite (desired).
- Experience managing international events and developer community engagement (desired).
- Approximately 30% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project lead for the SIGNAL flagship conference, defining strategy and event themes.
- Orchestrate end-to-end production including venue sourcing, budget management, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
- Collaborate with leadership, product marketing, GTM sales, and brand creative teams to ensure a unified brand voice.
- Manage global status meetings and complex workstreams including registration, content, and demand generation.
- Build and manage multi-million dollar event budgets with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure content and experiences are adaptable for regional nuances in LATAM, EMEA, and APJ.
- Define and measure KPIs to analyze event impact and attendee conversion metrics.
