Requirements

- 10+ years of professional work experience.
- 7+ years of trade show, event, or convention experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- 4+ years of people management experience (preferred).
- Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in managing budgets, compliance, and risk management for events.
- Comprehensive understanding of virtual platforms and tools for events.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and leadership advisory.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of meetings and events for the Customer Solutions Division.
- Oversee a broad portfolio including leadership meetings, sales meetings, customer site visits, and industry conferences.
- Develop detailed program budgets, control documents, and tracking information to ensure compliance.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership stakeholders to define event purpose, audience, and success metrics.
- Provide hands-on leadership for venue sourcing, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Manage the selection, negotiation, and oversight of external vendors.
- Institute processes, systems, and tools for effective meeting planning and evaluation across the division.
- Deliver attendee experiences that generate high levels of engagement in-person and virtually.
