Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of company software and the real estate private equity industry.
- Advance use of Juniper Square software to support fund administration and investor services clients.
- Perform workspace management tasks including investor position creation and quality reviews.
- Support customers during fundraising processes by aligning with client goals and timelines.
- Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Communicate operational best practices to clients and escalate scope deviations.
- Manage treasury activities including logging LP contributions and handling payments.
- Investigate payment breaks, chargebacks, and resolve ad-hoc bank requests.
- Identify and flag areas for operational control improvements to leadership.
