Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ development practices and React.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EKS, S3, RDS, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, containerization practices, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Experience designing, optimizing, and managing relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
- Understanding of cloud application security best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to provide coverage during US business hours until 1:00 PM ET, with extended availability until 5:00 PM ET when required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, React, and modern development frameworks.
- Build and optimize backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
- Develop high-performance frontend applications using modern JavaScript standards and React.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EKS, S3, and RDS.
- Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Deploy and support applications through Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational database structures and queries using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, automated testing practices, and secure software development.
