Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience as a principal architect, enterprise platform leader, or equivalent senior technology role.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture (identity, scalability, security, integrations).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO), ERP, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Extensive knowledge of APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native systems.
  • Experience designing digital platforms for customer/employee experiences and workflow orchestration.
  • Familiarity with data platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Services.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and AI-ready architectures.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise architecture strategies across applications, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise data, and AI capabilities.
  • Establish scalable architecture patterns for CRM, web, mobile, and operational platforms.
  • Develop engineering standards covering APIs, integrations, cloud services, observability, and technical design.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology direction and modernization.
  • Lead enterprise integration and platform strategies including middleware, orchestration, and event-driven architectures.
  • Guide modernization efforts across ERP, CRM, and third-party technology ecosystems.
  • Establish data governance, master data approaches, and interoperability principles to support analytics and AI.
