Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, advertising, media, marketing, or related industries.
- Experience working with digital publishers, social platforms, talent agencies, influencer marketing companies, or creative agencies.
- Existing relationships with brand and agency clients across relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, social platforms, emerging technologies, and cultural trends.
- Ability to develop strategic partnership approaches and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create clear, compelling sales materials.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, opportunities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s market position, capabilities, partnerships, previous successes, and commercial strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with approved brands, agencies, and potential partners to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships and drive conversations that lead to meetings, proposals, and revenue-generating engagements.
- Create compelling meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and partnership strategies in collaboration with internal leadership teams.
- Manage responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proactive proposals while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with brand partnerships and customer success teams to identify expansion opportunities, renewals, and additional investments.
- Participate in sales meetings, track outreach activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
