Requirements

- 2+ years of agronomic sales or related agricultural customer-facing experience.
- Strong understanding of farming practices, crop solutions, and agricultural market dynamics.
- Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, selling expenses, and territory resources effectively.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge or interest in corn and soybean products is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with retail partners or agricultural networks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategies and sales initiatives to achieve key objectives including market growth.
- Support retail sales activities and collaborate with channel partners to drive territory expansion.
- Deliver product campaigns and solutions to targeted customers.
- Provide recommendations on seed products, crop solutions, and field performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to growers and address customer needs.
- Manage territory resources, operational budgets, and marketing funds.
