Requirements
- Experience in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, business development, clinical outreach, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- A relationship-focused and consultative approach to partnership development and outreach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, startup-style environment while managing priorities and maintaining accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing pipelines, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
- Comfortable with regular field-based engagement, including provider visits and in-person meetings within an assigned territory.
- Preferred: experience or familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, weight-inclusive care, or behavioral health services.
- Preferred: previous success converting professional relationships into measurable outcomes, such as referrals or partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage new healthcare providers to build a strong network of long-term referral partners.
- Conduct in-person practice visits, educational sessions, lunch-and-learns, and outreach activities to introduce services and explain the value of the care model.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing providers to increase referral volume and strengthen ongoing collaboration.
- Communicate the benefits of the clinical approach and help providers navigate the referral process effectively.
- Manage partnership pipelines, track outreach activities, and ensure consistent follow-through with prospective and existing partners.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences for providers and patients.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences, partner events, and field activities to expand awareness and strengthen relationships.
