Requirements
- 4+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in a quota carrying role.
- 2+ years of experience in the Pest Control Industry selling software, technology, marketing, equipment, chemicals, or business solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for pipeline and forecast management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and close new client relationships.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on business ROI.
- Hunter mentality with a focus on prospecting and building a pipeline.
- Collaborative spirit with an ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business by owning the sales process from prospecting through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic business development.
- Build trusted relationships with pest control owners, operators, and executive decision makers.
- Identify business challenges and recommend AI powered marketing and technology solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly recurring revenue goals through a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
- Develop expertise in the RevenueMAX platform and conduct customized product demonstrations.
