Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, planning systems, or digital supply chain transformation.
- Hands-on leadership experience with major technology implementations such as D365 and Kinaxis.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end planning-system programs with measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in planning master-data governance, inventory/MEIO processes, and E&O analytics.
- Demonstrated success leading UAT, functional design reviews, integration phases, and change-management initiatives.
- Strong analytical fluency in S&OP, Power BI, KPI design, and reporting automation.
- Experience coaching and developing managers and technical SMEs within a Center of Excellence model.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of core supply chain systems and digital capabilities to support business objectives.
- Oversee system governance and standards to ensure consistency in planning master data and documentation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with planning, logistics, and inventory teams to build integrated processes.
- Manage system enhancements, integrations, design reviews, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure high data quality and design accurate analytics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
- Champion user adoption and change management to help teams effectively leverage new systems.
- Monitor performance metrics such as service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
