Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
- Minimum of 5 years designing and developing enterprise web applications.
- Minimum of 3 years architecting cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring software developers.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG and Section 508).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of modern, responsive web applications using contemporary front-end frameworks.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to translate user research and wireframes into intuitive digital experiences.
- Architect secure integrations between front-end applications and AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda, and Cognito.
- Serve as technical lead for front-end development teams, providing mentorship on coding standards and architecture.
- Integrate applications into automated CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with DoD security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to present architectural recommendations and support roadmap development.
