Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, including military experience.
7+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
Experience in a consulting, client-facing, or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, Intelligent Ops, automation, AIOps, and observability frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and intelligent infrastructure management.
Experience with cloud-native technologies and platform engineering.
Expertise with tools such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
Experience with observability platforms like Datadog or Dynatrace.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, security frameworks, and cloud governance.
Proven ability to lead technical presentations and executive-level discussions.
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States.

Lead customer discovery sessions to understand IT environments, business goals, and technical challenges.
Develop and present solution architectures, technical designs, roadmaps, and proposals.
Design solutions across DevOps, automation, cloud services, and intelligent infrastructure management.
Drive technical opportunity leadership by coordinating with stakeholders and internal resources.
Create technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations for enterprise transformation.
Provide technical expertise and industry insights as a trusted advisor to customers.
Support account planning, executive briefings, and technical workshops.
Promote technical excellence through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
