Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly organized and autonomous work habits.
  • Deep understanding of usage-based pricing models.
  • Experience managing full discovery, demo, and proof-of-concept sales stages.
  • Skilled in selling to Engineering Leaders, Platform Teams, CTOs, and CIOs.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Aviso, and Outreach for data management and performance analysis.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ambition for professional growth.
  • Experience in the developer tool space is a plus.
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and convert inbound leads while prospecting into target accounts.
  • Articulate the value of platform subscriptions and usage-based pricing models.
  • Prepare for and conduct discovery sessions to align pricing with third-party architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Customize and deliver product demos in collaboration with Solutions Engineering.
  • Run proofs of concept for prospects to demonstrate measurable value.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships within the existing customer base to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Forecast sales targets accurately on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
